What you'll do

• Shape Cyber Security within our global Information Security team
• Develop and maintain IS framework documents (Charter, Policy, Standards)
• Establish and communicate our Information Security Governance Framework globally
• Monitor and improve the effectiveness of our framework and support ISMS optimization

Who you are

• Degree in computer science, information security, or related field; significant experience in IT or security governance
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (BSI, ISO, NIST, SANS); relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer) are a plus
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
