Role: Onsite Support

Location: Salzgitter

Role Overview

• Provide maintenance and support services for applications and operating systems.
• Gather extensive diagnostic information, analyze problems, and resolve issues related to end-user computing (EUC) devices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of IT projects.
• Participate in the development and improvement of knowledge base articles and training materials.
• If you cannot solve the problem, forward it to the next support level.

Your Profile

• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Previous experience in a helpdesk or service desk support role.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceptional service.

The Offer

Salary: 37k-39k EUR

Permanent contract.

Monday to Friday normal working hours.
