We are seeking a Team Lead (gn) for our in-house Dynamics 365 CRM software development teams. We utilize the latest Microsoft technologies and agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) to develop and adapt quickly to customer, partner, and market needs, achieving short time-to-market cycles.

Key responsibilities:

• Interpersonal and disciplinary management of software developers and consultants globally.
• Coordinate and develop the teams strategically to ensure effective collaboration and up-to-date working methodologies and processes.
• Recruit new developers/consultants for the 365 CRM platform in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Support team members in their personal development and operational tasks to meet SoftwareOne's ambitious goals.
• Establish and improve software engineering processes with the teams.
• Participate in designing, implementing, documenting, and testing software solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes.
• Manage external service providers when necessary.
• Work closely with Product Management and Product Owners to develop efficient solutions for internal customers.

Qualifications:

• Profound experience leading exciting CRM projects.
• Validated leadership skills.
• Good understanding of the current capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM cloud platform including Power Platform.
• Experience working with modern software engineering practices in low/no-code environments.
