We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner (M / F / X) for a company located in Steinfort.
Purpose of the job :
Supporting the overall financial management of the respective commercial units within the framework and in the interests of the group's financial organization.
Essential responsibilities & main tasks :
- Support the Head of Finance Business Partnering in all financial issues of the Commercial Unit WEUR with the aim of always making the best possible contribution to our business development while meeting all local financial requirements. This includes all control-relevant tasks (e.g., reporting, planning, forecasting, scenario calculations, etc.).
- Support the Head of Finance Business Partnering and support the Commercial Units in all financial matters, preparation of decisions from a business perspective, advice, and decision-making in the best interests of the entire company.
- Identify business / financial problems and other critical issues independently, constructively, and propose or implement solutions within your responsibility, and follow up on them.
- Promote process and system improvements within your own responsibility to continuously increase efficiency.
- Support in group-wide financial projects.
- Collaborate with external business partners, particularly during audits and consultations.
- Work closely with Finance Pooled Services, FP&A, and Finance & Taxation teams.
- This includes activities such as report analysis, document creation for decision preparation, opportunity/risk assessments, development of planning files, and SLA definition with Finance Pooled Services during development phases.
- Collaborate with local sales and marketing teams, providing financial analysis and recommendations as a trusted partner.
- Monitor financial performance of the business unit and identify deviations from plans/forecasts.
- Drive gross margin improvement through supporting pricing strategies, portfolio optimization, and promotion efficiency.

- University degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling.
- Relevant professional experience in finance, ideally in the FMCG industry.
- Deep knowledge of economics, finance, analysis, and planning with good business sense.
- Fluent in the local language and English.
- Methodological competence: “Can-Do” mentality and ability to think end-to-end.
- Digital skills: Experience in SAP S/4HANA, BI tools, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
