As a Product Manager at SAP LeanIX, you will own the product perspective for one of our teams and contribute to shaping and continuously improving our Software as a Service product. You will work closely with Software Engineers and UX Designers within your team to solve challenging enterprise architecture problems through scalable, resilient software built on a modern tech stack and microservice architecture. Combine your product management skills with a customer-oriented mindset and become part of the SAP LeanIX family to maintain our leadership position in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Architecture Tools.

Your team is one of five in our Inventory Tribe, building the foundation of our product. It focuses on the central hub for accessing and editing key customer objects: the Fact Sheets. Your team empowers customers to effectively manage their Enterprise Architecture practices!

1. Take charge of an exciting product transforming enterprise architecture management and become the acknowledged expert for Fact Sheets.
2. Work closely with customers to understand how to enable them to actively manage and maintain Fact Sheets, striving for high data quality. Your dialogue will ensure the product's usability for both Enterprise Architects and non-architects to maximize customer value.
3. Collaborate with product leadership to align your work with the product vision and influence the overall strategy.
4. Partner with product marketing and sales to understand market dynamics and influence product positioning.
5. Manage the team's backlog and roadmap, prioritizing topics effectively.
6. Share full responsibility with your team from product discovery through iterative delivery to customer value realization.

What Are We Looking For

1. At least 2 years of proven work experience in Product Management within a SaaS environment.
2. Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative Agile environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and deliver continuous value.
3. Track record of leading or contributing to feature development in iterative cycles, ensuring quick feedback and incremental delivery.
4. Ability to make informed, balanced decisions considering technical constraints and business needs.
5. Strong focus on enabling and empowering team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
6. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver customer-centric solutions.
7. Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture concepts is a plus but not required; strong willingness to learn is essential.
8. Excellent communication skills in English, capable of presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
