About the Position

Dexis Professional Services is seeking Operations Support Analysts to support a potential opportunity with the Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa based in Stuttgart, Germany and/or Naples, Italy.

The Operations Support Analyst's primary duty station will be Headquarters MARFOREUR/AF, though the location may vary. The analyst supports the AC/S for Operations (G3) by planning, reviewing, coordinating, evaluating, and integrating actions required to support current and future operational missions.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate the Command's key battle rhythm events, including the Campaign Synchronization Working Group (CSWG) and Campaign Synchronization Board.
  • Manage information within the Command-and-Control Information Environment (C2IE), including data curation, import, export, and entry.
  • Integrate C2IE into Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups to support reporting requirements and collaboration.
  • Assist with user account creation, permissions, access, training, and support for C2IE.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce business rules for C2IE.
  • Support management of the Training, Exercises, and Employment Plan (TEEP).
  • Assist in planning Marine deployments using tools like FMT, JTIMS, and JTS.
  • Manage documentation and records appropriately.
  • Provide general administrative support to the G3 as needed.
  • Support travel arrangements for military personnel related to operations, exercises, and training, including reviewing and coordinating travel authorizations and vouchers as a DTS Routing Official.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant military experience or 15 years of relevant military experience.
  • Possess a US Secret or higher security clearance and a valid passport.
  • Willing to travel within the United States and EUCOM/AFRICOM areas, potentially up to 10%.
  • Able to work extended hours to meet surge requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.

Below is the pay range for this position. Dexis evaluates compensation holistically based on market research, organizational budget, and internal equity. Offers will be made considering individual qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and organizational needs.

Pay range: $66,000—$82,000 USD
