Qualifikationen

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our Supply Chain Excellence team, you promote a digitalization and innovation-driven culture in the department and sustain awareness about the quality and efficiency impact of AI and automation to ensure the successful development and maintenance of high-quality digital products.

1. Develop, structure, and prioritize business requirements in line with the company's trade compliance policy and strategic direction.
2. Design functional concepts and identify models and tools to support the implementation of these requirements.
3. Optimize and further develop tasks in operational trade compliance management.
4. Lead continuous improvement and change management initiatives within the hub-based competence centre.
5. Build in-depth knowledge of SAP-based concepts and processes, and coordinate user acceptance tests.
6. Manage knowledge, documentation, and reporting, including developing real-time dashboards for hub-based centers of excellence.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Engineering, Biology) or in Customs and Trade.
• At least five years of professional experience in Trade Compliance and/or Product Compliance topics.
• Familiarity with standard IT applications and solid knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP GTS in both R/3 and S/4.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience managing projects in a global matrix organization; automation and digitalization experience is desirable.
