In this exciting role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing technical projects—from pre-sales support to post-delivery documentation—ensuring solutions meet top-tier standards in innovation, quality, and service. This position will be remote and primarily responsible for the German market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution, aligning internal and external resources to meet timelines and budget.
• Engage with customers during both pre- and post-sales stages, maintaining high satisfaction and clarity.
• Track milestones, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to drive successful outcomes.
• Coordinate scope changes and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Manage all project documentation, hand-offs, and readiness for support or service teams.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years' experience managing technical projects in high-tech, service, or automation industries.
• Strong command of project management methodologies (PMI standards preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to influence at all levels.
• Technical familiarity with automation, industrial electro-mechanical systems, and product lifecycle.
• Experienced in using tools like Microsoft Project and skilled in risk and cost analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred; relevant experience also considered.
• PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
• Comfortable with occasional travel (up to 20%) and flexible work hours when required.
• Proficiency in English and German is essential.
