Job Title : Commercial Project Manager (m / w / d)

Location : Germany, remote

What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects within the Biosimilars and Established Products portfolio in the DACH region. This dynamic position requires a versatile individual with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and exceptional project management skills. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing project launches, expansion initiatives, and optimizing the performance of established products.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support and manage end-to-end project execution for biosimilars and established pharmaceutical brands.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
  • Oversee the integration of newly acquired assets through effective project management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project implementation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Drive portfolio expansion, market entry, and lifecycle extension strategies.
  • Oversee cost optimization, reformulation, and market differentiation efforts.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams on pricing, market access, and brand strategy.
  • Foster a spirit of “ONE Team” across all functions by supporting a team approach focused on patients and customers as top priorities.
  • Contribute to making the company a truly desired place to work.

Qualifications :

  • University degree in Life Science or Business.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.

Experience & Competences :

  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management.
  • Previous business development experience (acquisition and / or in-licensing projects).

Knowledge & Skills :

  • Ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Excellent communication skills : verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
