Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of the company's compliance program, including policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans to address vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on impacts.
  • Assist in training programs to promote compliance and ethical behavior.
  • Investigate compliance issues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare compliance reports for management review.
  • Develop and implement business continuity and risk management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities.

Requirements

  • Degree in economics or (business) law with at least two years of experience in compliance and/or risk management.
  • Interest in developing expertise in governance systems (e.g., compliance, risk management).
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High ethical standards and attention to detail.
  • Professional certifications such as CCEP, CRMA are a plus.
  • Familiarity with risk management software and tools.
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
