Are you ready to lead and inspire in the animal nutrition industry? We’re seeking an experienced professional to join us as the Global Director of Product Development, Innovation, and Regulatory. This influential role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our business globally.

About the Role :

Based in Frankfurt, Germany, this leadership position includes relocation support. We seek candidates based in Europe with expertise in the European market. A master’s degree in animal nutrition and extensive industry experience are essential. Fluency in German and English is required; additional European languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or Italian are advantageous.

You will direct three key areas: Product Management, Innovation, and Regulatory Affairs, leading teams to deliver market-leading products and align innovation and regulatory strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Management :

• Drive customer needs analysis, market strategy, and competitor evaluations.
• Manage high-priority products and projects critical to the company’s success.
• Lead the Product Management team with technical and disciplinary guidance.

Innovation :

• Develop and implement innovation strategies to maintain market leadership.
• Lead cross-species trials, market positioning, and pricing strategies.
• Represent the company at conferences and empower sales teams with training and insights.

Regulatory Affairs :

• Oversee regulatory compliance and liaise with authorities.
• Ensure clear communication of requirements to stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance to the Regulatory team.
