Job Opening: UX Writer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, concise, and consistent (micro-)copy for user interfaces, including buttons, menus, dialogue boxes, and help texts.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to understand user interactions and make data-driven content decisions.
- Create and maintain a consistent tone and style across our healthcare information system based on audience needs.
- Establish and document best practices and strategic principles for UX writing to ensure quality and consistency.
- Regularly review and update existing content to keep it relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create various forms of user documentation for Dedalus products.
- Manage and establish terminology standards.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- B. Sc. in UX Design, Communication Sciences, Journalism, Design, Psychology, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in UX writing or content strategy, preferably in a tech environment.
- Experience in B2B contexts and healthcare domain is a plus.
- Technical writing experience, ideally with HTML or XML-based tools.
- Strategic mindset for managing UX projects from needs assessment to review.
- Proven ability to write compelling copy in digital environments.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design processes.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with tools like Figma, content management systems, XML editors, and DITA standards is advantageous.
- Native German speaker with good English skills.
