Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Portfolio Management: Develop and manage the customer portfolio, including handling sales, price management, quotes, complaints, and relationships.
  • Client Engagement: Visit customers regularly, provide detailed reports, and participate in trade shows to represent the company.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct specialised price studies and identify customer needs, performing a benchmark of competitors.
