Your Tasks:

  1. Execution of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including dunning
  2. Posting of business transactions, bank and cash transactions, including preparation of payments
  3. Processing of fixed asset accounting
  4. Completion of statistical reports such as Intrastat, Bundesbank
  5. Processing of travel expense reports
  6. Preparatory work for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB))
  7. Acting as a point of contact for internal and external addressees, such as tax consultants and auditors

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training and ideally subject-specific additional qualifications (e.g., accountant, tax clerk, tax specialist)
  • Relevant professional experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
  • Friendly and convincing demeanor, team player
  • Fluent in German and proficient in written and spoken English
