Ready to make an impact? Join our global controlling team as our new Expert Production Controlling (m/f/d) at our HQ KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA!
Take the lead in shaping a unified approach to production controlling and reporting. Work together with our business units to drive consistency and transparency across all segments.
The position is to be filled as soon as possible, is permanent and full-time.
The place of work is at Einbeck-based HQ in Lower Saxony.
- Contribution of technical/professional knowledge and individual case-related solutions.
- Definition and documentation of costing standards for the use of goods, production controlling contents and processes in coordination with the business unit.
- Support COGS costing in coordination with the business unit and the respective business partners.
- Development of reports for the BUs and related sub-business units together with Data & Demand Management experts.
- Key User for SAP-COPA & Integrated Planning Sales & COGS, including training execution.
- University degree preferably in economics, business administration, agricultural economics, industrial engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in controlling, especially in production controlling.
- Good understanding of production processes, sales, and distribution structures.
- Initial experience in the seed industry is an advantage.
- Ability to question, optimize, and develop existing processes.
- Solid user knowledge of SAP systems (CO-PA, ML, PP).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
