Customer Resolution Specialist (m/f/d) for Airbus, Hamburg

We are seeking a motivated Employee for the position of Customer Resolution Specialist (m/f/d) at Airbus Operations in Hamburg. Join us for exciting projects and contribute to a high-performing customer support team.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in and contribute to the Customer Account Support Team and Customer Resolution Services Team
  • Manage the customer-specific open order book proactively and responsibly
  • Build and maintain strong customer satisfaction through quick responses and qualified replies to customer requests
  • Handle quotations, customer orders, claims, and follow-ups in line with KPIs
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Provide high-quality responses to requests for spare parts and related services
  • Enhance and develop customer service quality levels
  • Contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and improve communication regarding order performance
  • Support timely material delivery to meet customer expectations
  • Train and support customers in using e-commerce platforms
  • Participate in backup arrangements and cross-functional activities as per manager’s guidance
Your Profile:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a comparable qualification
  • Over two years of professional experience in Disposition, Material Procurement, Customer Service, or Logistics
  • Knowledge of shipping or aviation is an advantage
  • Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace
  • German language skills are a plus
