You will steer and refine the executive reporting for ZEISS' large-scale business transformation (S/4HANA & Salesforce) to core stakeholders, e.g., supervisory board, executive board, steering committees
You will steer the value case process end-to-end from definition to realization together with ZEISS segments, entities, as well as process and IT experts
You will drive decision making in top management committees
You will support and advise the program's top management and act as their sparring partner
You will support shaping program guardrails, unraveling improvement potentials and implementing quality measures
You will steer the risk and issue management process, driving mitigations and resolutions
You will support at crucial program interface topics such as resource and budget planning together with controlling
A degree with excellent grades in natural sciences, engineering or economics; a PhD or MBA are a plus
At least 5-8 years of professional experience in a similar role or function, preferably in a leading management consultancy or corporate strategy
Profound experience in process and customer excellence, business case realization and executive reporting
Basic Know How in S/4HANA and Salesforce
Proven success in lateral leadership of large teams and responsibility for complex projects
Outstanding analytical competence, strategic and outside-the-box thinking
Enjoy working in an agile way in networked, diverse and interdisciplinary teams
Strong communication skills
Fluent German and English skills
