As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store and ensuring an optimal shopping experience for our customers. You are a natural leader who can motivate and inspire a team. Together with your team, you ensure that the store remains neat and attractive and that customers leave with a smile! You start the day full of energy and do your best to meet targets with your team. With a lot of freedom, you adapt your sales style to what suits you best. Our customers and colleagues are young, dynamic, and creative. You enjoy having fun on the work floor. You are not afraid to tackle various tasks. Service-oriented work energizes you.
