Work Location: Base in Beijing, travel to Changchun city if needed

Recruiting Unit: Creative Exterior Department - Styling Institute - FAW Group (for Hongqi Brand)

Salary: Negotiable according to request

Report to: Head of Styling Institute and Design VP

Responsibilities:

1. Based on the company's strategy and combined with design trend analysis, develop an overall design strategy for the Hongqi exterior;
2. Interpret the overall design strategy to all members of the exterior creative department to ensure understanding and alignment;
3. Control the overall design direction of the exterior to ensure compliance with the design strategies;
4. Conduct quality control before the review of renderings, clay models, and hard models at the institute level;
5. During the feasible stage of design scheme engineering, propose constructive suggestions to resolve significant contradictions between design and engineering feasibility;
6. Assist the exterior creative design superiors in other related tasks.

Required qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. At least 12 years of experience in vehicle exterior styling development and related design;
3. Rich experience with international first-class brands and mass production vehicle development, familiar with the entire vehicle design and development process;
4. Excellent creative design ability, high-quality design output, and product quality control skills;
5. Strong technical problem-solving skills;
6. Ability to strategize product design and development effectively.
