As IT-Administrator, you will ensure the optimization and secure operation of our IT infrastructure, specifically tailored for healthcare. We are seeking a Senior Administrator (m/w/d) for our Managed Services team in the medico business unit, located in Hamburg-Bergedorf, starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Deputy team lead for our nationwide Managed Services team
• Responsibility for and ensuring operational readiness of the IT landscape
• Design, development, and planning of infrastructure
• Documentation of IT systems and service-oriented processes, including ITIL
• Continuous optimization of modern IT architecture
• Coordination with business unit management and other corporate areas
• Assessment of technical, strategic, and economic aspects
• Point of contact for corporate architect and information security
• Support in IT projects
• Coordination with external service providers

Your Qualifications

• Successful degree in computer science, business informatics, IT management, or a comparable qualification, e.g., as a IT specialist
• At least 10 years of professional experience in a similar system administration role
• Excellent knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft M365 suite
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and Citrix
• IT security strategies, BSI basic protection, NIS2/KRITIS, Modern Workplace
• Networking, firewalls, servers/storage
• Enthusiasm for system integration in hospitals
• Confident demeanor, motivated, communicative, and team-oriented
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
