Your Responsibilities
  • Align and implement reporting requirements during our company migration to Ayvens.
  • Develop effective HR reporting to derive actionable insights.
  • Analyze, review, and optimize existing controlling processes and monthly HR reporting for management, including developing comprehensive HR controlling.
  • Coordinate and support personnel cost planning, FTE budgeting, and analysis, providing targeted recommendations and corrective actions.
  • Monitor and manage FTE and personnel cost budgets to meet financial targets.
  • Assist in creating business cases and HR cost calculations.
  • Conduct company-defined HR controls and ensure compliance.
  • Perform data analysis and create dashboards to visualize HR data.
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet HR reporting needs.
  • Develop and implement HR performance KPIs.
  • Participate in projects such as diversity data analysis, KPI development, and salary benchmarking.
What You Bring
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field, ideally with a focus on Controlling.
  • Several years of experience in HR controlling, preferably in a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex data clearly and understandably.
