Job Description:

At P7S1 Digital Platforms, you'll join the AdTech team, focusing on innovation and creativity to drive monetization and seamless user experiences across multiple platforms. Your role involves end-to-end control of the ad process, cutting-edge targeting, and bridging broadcast and digital realms. As part of the Demand Channels team, you'll optimize demand systems to maximize yield. If you thrive on challenge and innovation, join us to shape the future of digital experiences.

The position offers a hybrid work model, primarily remote within Germany, with the contractually agreed location being Unterföhring near Munich or Berlin. Travel costs to the workplace are not reimbursed.

What you can expect:

• Integrate and optimize advertising technologies like ad servers or multi-SSPs, enhancing revenue through efficient programmatic advertising
• Design sustainable, scalable advertising solutions that improve monetization while maintaining a positive user experience across all platforms
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and solution engineers to drive innovation
• Own your projects by gaining expertise in technical and business requirements and pursuing solutions
• Communicate extensively with internal and external stakeholders, writing clear tickets for developers
• Participate in delivering KPI-driven product iterations focusing on pragmatic solutions and performance analysis

Your essential experience and education:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Media Engineering, or equivalent with a strong technical background
• Several years of experience as a requirements engineer or software developer, preferably in an online or digital company
• Ability to quickly understand complex problems and communicate effectively
• Experience working in agile teams, cross-team collaboration, and taking end-to-end responsibility
• Proficiency in English and good German skills
