A leading company in digital dentistry is seeking a Director of Sales to drive performance across Europe. This remote role requires a proven leader with extensive experience in capital equipment sales and the ability to inspire a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, particularly within the dental lab sector, and will be bilingual in English and German.

By leveraging advanced dental materials, optimized throughput, and validated workflows, their solutions meet the demanding needs of today’s modern dental laboratories.
As the Director of Sales , you will report to the SVP of Global Dental Sales and be accountable for driving sales performance across the European market. You will lead a Sales Director based in Germany and oversee sales strategy and execution throughout the region.
We are seeking a self-motivated, results-driven leader with proven experience in capital equipment sales within the dental laboratory industry. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of both individual sales success and effective team leadership.
Required location of Candidates : Germany or UK. This is a remote role based from your home office, with regular travel required to support the sales team and customer engagement across Europe
Responsibilities :
Inspire and empower the sales team to take initiative and make confident, client-focused decisions in every interaction.
Develop and clearly communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets; regularly update executive leadership on progress and performance.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform and enhance sales presentations and strategy.
Foster strong relationships with local dental labs and identify opportunities to leverage those partnerships for increased value and collaboration.
Design and implement a comprehensive sales training and onboarding program to support the development of new hires as the organization scales.
Prepare and deliver sales performance reports and insights to leadership using tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms.
Demonstrate proven success in crafting and leading a high-impact sales strategy aligned with organizational goals in the dental and oral health sector.
Travel domestically as needed to support field sales efforts and strengthen client and team relationships.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Over 7 years of experience in sales management, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams.
10+ years of experience in direct or outside sales, with a focus on B2B; experience in capital equipment sales is a plus.
Proven success in selling to dental labs; experience managing sales professionals in this space is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of digital dentistry and its applications within the dental and lab environments.
Exceptional prospecting and closing abilities, with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
Extensive experience using Salesforce.com for pipeline management, reporting, and team oversight.
Bilingual : F luent in English and German, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and lead a results-driven sales team in a dynamic environment.
Competitive base salary and variable compensation offered as a full time official employment role (Not a contract role)
