Company Description

We are seeking a Global Logistics Specialist to join our Global Logistics Department at the Red Bull headquarters in Salzburg, Austria. The role involves managing transportation and warehousing services, collaborating with third-party logistics partners, and driving innovation in logistics processes. The position requires close coordination with internal departments and support for local subsidiaries.

Responsibilities
  1. Management of 3PL Partners: Monitor and control international inbound and outbound deliveries, coordinate transportation issues, plan tenders, benchmark performance, and implement service improvements.
  2. Process & Project Management: Manage supply chain processes within our ERP system, focus on automation, and lead projects to enhance performance and reduce costs.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Consolidate needs of local subsidiaries, optimize processes, improve services, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Up to 5 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, preferably in an international FMCG environment.
  • Analytical skills to identify issues and plan initiatives.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Process-oriented with experience in change management.
  • Project management skills with a focus on completion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
Additional Information

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,446 gross per month, as per the collective agreement. Our compensation package is competitive and above this minimum.
