Overview of Responsibilities:

1. Implement new projects uniformly according to Telus standard processes and systems.
2. Ensure KPIs of the Business Partner and Telus are considered in project setup.
3. Train managers in project-relevant hard skills.
4. Collaborate with internal & external partners to coordinate workflow, workforce, and learning changes.
5. Identify risks or issues during project implementation and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
6. Translate business requirements into implementation plans.
7. Present progress reports and solutions to stakeholders.
8. Manage change initiatives as needed to meet project goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Professional experience in project management is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably in quality, change delivery management, or team management.
• Project Manager Certification is a plus.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective handling of ambiguity while meeting challenging deadlines.
• Excellent English skills (C1 level).
• Goal-oriented, structured, and sustainable working approach.
• Attentive listening skills with keen perception to detail.
