You will lead a portfolio of low-code software products, establishing a new agile team - the App Factory - at our Pune location. Your responsibilities include:

Your Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for multiple departments, identifying low-code needs, and collaborating with the App Factory Manager to maximize potential.
• Build and manage a high-quality LowCode Product/Service Backlog, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Act as the liaison between departments and the App Factory, overseeing conception and requirements engineering.
• Develop strong, trusting relationships within an international network.
• Respond swiftly and effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Evaluate and approve project realizations.
• Manage product development through various lifecycle stages.
• Work with management to refine the App Factory Strategy continuously.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in IT or a related field, with relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in LowCode/IT, particularly with platforms like Mendix, Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience working in agile, international settings.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to operate and make decisions at operational and strategic levels.
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally.
• Independent, team-oriented working style.
• Multicultural sensitivity, especially regarding German-Indian collaboration.
