Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the execution and supervision of projects in switchgear construction (medium, high, and extra-high voltage)
- Ensuring compliance with project targets (deadlines, quality, costs) and optimizing relevant processes during project execution
- Coordination of internal and external deadlines with all project participants, from offer preparation to successful project acceptance
- Technical responsibility for compliance with planning services, coordination of installation personnel, and management and control of subcontractors
- Management of customer projects in energy transmission, energy distribution, and grid connection of industrial plants, wind, and solar parks
Your profile
- Completed studies in electrical engineering (preferably energy or automation technology) or further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) in electrical engineering
- First professional experience in project management or supervision in energy transmission and distribution
- Experience in assessing installation activities and a strong understanding of business contexts
- Class B driving license and willingness to travel, primarily in southern Germany, to accompany projects on-site
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, knowledge of German at C1 level, and knowledge of English is advantageous
