Tasks

• Conduct consulting projects focusing on strategic challenges of OEMs and suppliers in the global markets for civil and military aircraft, passenger and cargo drones, as well as the (new) space ecosystem.
• Design and implement creative solutions along the product lifecycle, including streamlined product development and production processes, increasing production rate and supply chain performance, digitalization of value streams, and sustainability initiatives.
• Transform functional areas and entire companies towards customer-centric thinking and efficient end-to-end processes and organizations.
• Support the acquisition and development of innovative consultancy projects.
• Foster a strong international aerospace community, including specific knowledge development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics or aerospace engineering, ideally supplemented by an MBA or PhD.
• Several years of professional experience in strategy consultancy or the international aerospace industry.
• Well-founded knowledge in strategy development, implementation, process, and organizational design.
• High process understanding along the entire value chain.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• High willingness for domestic and international travel.
