As a (Senior) Strategy Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for operational and strategic projects while working closely with internal teams like account management, product, sales & marketing, and coordinating with About You’s holding teams e.g., in finance or HR. You can be based in Hamburg or Berlin.

Responsibilities

Act as an all-rounder, driving both operational and strategic projects across various topics, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term vision.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of projects, from planning and coordination to execution and implementation, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Build strong relationships with internal SCAYLE teams such as product, customer success, sales & marketing, and coordinate with About You's holding teams (Strategy/BD, Finance, HR) for streamlined processes and quick execution.
• Support the internal scaling of SCAYLE, ensuring the organization is structured for growth and expansion.

Requirements

• Above-average university degree from a top university.
• Several years of experience in strategy & business development, in a leading consultancy or start-up environment (experience with SaaS is a plus).
• Strong understanding of software-related business processes (CSM, product development, finance, etc.).
• Motivation to drive lighthouse projects and ability to work independently.
• Fast and structured learner.
