As an IT Service Specialist, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly in Customer Success. You are responsible for the planning, control and optimization of IT service processes with a focus on smartphones and modern workplace solutions.

Your Tasks
- Service responsibility: Ensuring smooth operation and support for Mobile Device Management (MDM), end device management, collaboration platforms and workplace solutions.
- Customer communication: Main contact person for customers in service issues, support during operation and escalations.
- SLA management: monitoring and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), analyzing KPIs and deriving improvement measures
- Process optimization: Continuous further development of service processes according to ITIL, including incident, problem and change management
- Coordination & Management: Management of internal teams and external service providers if necessary, organization of operational meetings and service reviews.
- Documentation & Reporting: Creation and maintenance of service documentation and regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
This Is What We Want
- Education: Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience: First professional experience in service management.
- Strong communication skills: Strong ability to communicate complex technical issues in an understandable way.
- Structure & Quality: Ability to analyze and continuously improve processes.
- Language skills: Fluency in German and a good command of written and spoken English.
