We're seeking a dynamic (Senior) Sales Manager(m/f/d) for our evolving beauty division at our Hamburg headquarters. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your strategic thinking, market analysis, and persuasive power to drive category growth and enhance our market positioning. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales management, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for beauty trends.

Your Mission
  • As a (Senior) Sales Manager Beauty your tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients in the beauty segment
  • You take over negotiations with national and international customers
  • You develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our beauty category
  • You analyze market, product, and price potentials in order to expand your knowledge about an optimal presentation of assortments, trends and brands
  • You collaborate closely with our business development team to discuss opportunities and market developments
  • You monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management
  • The close exchange with other departments, such as Logistics and Finance, is also up to you to ensure that we act in the best interest of the company
Your Profile
  • Professional experience in international account/sales management and ideally a (B2B) customer network in the beauty industry, particularly in relation to wholesale, retail and trading
  • You bring great passion for beauty and sales supplemented by an expertise in business development
  • Motivation to work independently and as part of a team, as well as a high level of enthusiasm and presentation skills
  • A communicative personality and strong negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to build and develop effective business relationships
  • A degree in the field of management, business administration or similar
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
