About the role

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Xensam, you will be responsible for driving strategic net new sales. Your role will include prospecting, conducting tool demonstrations, delivering proof of concepts, and closing new business. Additionally, you will collaborate with our partners to expand our market reach. This position is fully remote and based in Germany.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales strategy: Identify and pursue strategic new sales opportunities within mid and enterprise market clients. Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  2. Prospecting: Identify potential new clients and build relationships to understand their SAM needs.
  3. Solution demonstrations: Conduct detailed demonstrations of Xensam's technology and showcase how our solutions address client needs.
  4. Partner collaboration: Identify joint opportunities and deliver comprehensive solutions with partners.
  5. Customer engagement: Proactively assess client needs, maintain satisfaction, and provide SAM expertise.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise account management, including new technology sales.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and account management software.
  • Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
  • Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) is required.
