Our client is a Berlin-based software company founded in 2016. They operate a profitable, high-usage consumer social app with over 4 million users, mainly Gen Z in Germany and the Arab world. The team is fully remote across Europe.

The company is lean, bootstrapped, and product-led, seeking sharper insights into user behavior, pain points, and key features.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze behavioral patterns, product data, and usage logs
2. Interview and analyze users to identify confusion, dropoff points, or unexpected usage
3. Develop hypotheses for testing or development
4. Enjoy flexible working hours and remote work within Europe
5. Work in a flat hierarchy with autonomy and impact
