We’re seeking top sales and applications talent for a remote sales and customer support role. As Customer Success Manager, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for reagents and Spatial Biology workflows, ensuring customer satisfaction and product optimization. You will also drive sales growth through consultative selling, generating quotes, identifying new opportunities, and managing customer relationships to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of consumables.
This position reports to the Market Development Manager and is part of the commercial team in EMEA, based in Germany, working remotely to cover EMEA. The ideal candidate should be located in the southern part of Germany.
