Join Arrow's Graduate Program, designed for the next generation of innovators. This 12-month program is tailored for recent graduates (within 2 years) seeking practical learning and mentorship to establish a strong foundation for their careers at Arrow. Participants will enhance both professional and soft skills through hands-on projects and interactions with experts.

Role Expectations:

As an FAE at Arrow Electronics, your main responsibilities include providing technical support and expertise to customers, contributing in areas such as:

1. Technical knowledge: Understanding Arrow’s products and guiding customers in component selection.
2. Problem-solving: Troubleshooting technical issues and offering practical solutions.
3. Design support: Assisting in designing custom solutions.
4. Product validation: Engaging suppliers for product validation activities.
5. Collaboration: Working with customers and internal teams to develop solutions.
6. Customer liaison: Acting as a key point of contact between customers and suppliers.
7. Cost optimization: Advising on cost-effective solutions and availability.

Keywords include electronics, components, consultancy, circuit design, chip design, hardware, embedded programming, System on Module (SOM).

Minimum Requirements:

• Legal right to work in the country.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field obtained before October 2023 or within the last 2 years.
• Fluent in German and English (oral and written).
• Solid knowledge of electronics concepts.
• Awareness of current technologies and trends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and platforms.
• Flexibility and geographical mobility.
• Creative, innovative thinking and proactive sharing of ideas.
