From our European headquarter in Munich, Germany and offices in France, Italy, and Hungary, we oversee the entire European and South American markets through a network of sales and customer service points.

In the context of our expansion in Customer Support, we are seeking a Customer Support Engineer for our Munich office. The role involves providing technical support for our semiconductor production equipment, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being the primary contact for customers and working closely with them to ensure high satisfaction
  • Providing technical expertise on our product lines
  • Installation, maintenance, and support of CMP and Wafer Prober equipment
  • Implementing hardware and software modifications
  • Analyzing and resolving malfunctions

Requirements:

  • Technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or similar; further technician training is a plus
  • Experience with installation, service, and support of complex systems
  • Ability to support technical explanations and documentation
  • Independent planning, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
  • Teamwork, reliability, and independence
  • Willingness to travel across Europe; valid driving license (Class B)
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous
