Summary
The primary responsibility of the Project Planner is to manage the scheduling during the construction phase of a turnkey High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) project to ensure successful adherence to the timeline.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting scheduling during the construction phase.
- Coordinating the schedule with the project team, client, and construction company.
- Continuous review of the timeline considering project-specific constraints.
- Providing proactive feedback on the construction schedule for status updates.
- Supporting the overall project planner.
- Project-specific adjustment and optimization of the schedule using best practices.
- Creating internal reports, e.g., variance analyses, MTAs, S-functions, change reports, critical path reports.
Key Requirements:
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering/Civil Engineering or comparable education
- At least 3 years of professional experience in project execution
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera
- Experience with project control methodologies, e.g., critical path analysis
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of German (desirable)
