We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Consultant (m/f/d) who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys switching between industries and business models, and knows how to build marketing systems that deliver real results.
In this role, you will take the lead on transformative marketing projects that challenge industry norms and drive meaningful impact across a wide variety of established and early stage businesses.
Our Growth Marketing Team is a diverse group of ambitious, curious, data-driven experts helping businesses grow across B2B and B2C. We cover everything from paid media, CRM and MarTech to demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and Marketing Ops.
You will work across full-funnel marketing - strategy, execution, tracking, and reporting - as a marketing generalist with an edge. That edge might be your depth in one of the following areas:
- Performance marketing (Paid Media: Search or Social)
- Brand Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- SEO (SEO LLM)
- Customer Retention and Lifecycle Management (CRM)
- MarTech and Analytics
- Conversion Rate Optimization

In this role, you’ll:
- Drive growth projects, often with C-level visibility, working hands-on across different marketing stacks, industries, and company stages
- Audit client setups (e.g. performance channels and data, pricing, tech stack, and marketing org etc.) to uncover quick wins and long-term levers
- Develop and implement strategies tailored to each client’s growth phase, goals, and internal capabilities
- Act as a sparring partner and subject-matter expert, offering grounded advice on channels, trends, and best practices
- Work on-site with clients (remote when needed), ensuring smooth execution and building strong relationships with stakeholders
Your typical projects might include:
- Launching new channels, testing messaging, or driving GTM strategies for new products or markets
- Experimenting with creatives, landing pages, and bidding tactics to hit performance targets like ROAS, CPA, or retention
- Working with tech and data teams to implement clean tracking setups and relevant dashboards
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in Growth Marketing - ideally in agency or consulting environment
- Track record of running and scaling performance channels across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Native, and more
- Strong grasp of tracking and attribution fundamentals: you know how to set up what matters and ignore what doesn’t
- Data-literate: confident interpreting numbers, spotting trends, and turning insights into action
- Comfortable with AI tools and marketing automation, and curious about what’s next
- Adaptable, fast learner: you thrive across different company sizes, industries, and levels of marketing maturity
- Comfortable challenging old playbooks, and motivated to raise the bar
- Willing to travel within Europe and the UK to work onsite with clients
- Excellent communication skills with business fluency in both German and English. Other languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Danish or Swedish are a bonus
Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlinoffice. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
