Job Role

Join our team as a Business Developer in the Sales department. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships, selling our services to new businesses and consumers, and playing a vital role in reimagining the labor market to make it work for everyone.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Identify new business trends and opportunities.
  2. Close deals, meet sales targets, and drive growth and profitability.
  3. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  5. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics.
  6. Demonstrate strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  7. Connect easily with potential clients.
  8. Achieve KPIs, meet deadlines, and reach monthly targets.
  9. Have experience as a Business Developer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  10. Communicate effectively in French and English; knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is an asset.
