Bluebird : NEW OPPORTUNITY : bluebird : & New Client

Company : Toolify Robotics GmbH

Role : Pioneer Account Executive

Location : South Germany (Ideally nearby Ulm / 60min)

Language : German Native

WFH policy : 2 office days per week (can be remote in South Germany for the right profile)

Industry : Robotics SaaS

Product : SaaS / Software platform that connects existing robotics and new build robotics

Size and functions of local team : 10 PPL including Founders and Developers

Role description : Pioneer Account Executive (First commercial hire, transitioning from Founder-led sales to building a sales motion). Needs to build out the structure, leading by example. Currently, 100 inbound leads with limited capacity for follow-up due to minimal marketing and outreach.

Unique about the company : Seed stage, $700K revenue, aiming for Series A in 2026. Technical founder seeking a technical seller.

Growth perspective : Opportunity to grow into Head of Sales.

Must haves :

  • 3 Years B2B Sales Experience
  • At least 1 Year selling Robotics solutions (hardware or software)
  • Technical understanding of the product/services

Nice to haves :

  • Engineering background
  • Experience at competitor Robco
  • Sold to ICP clients with 10150 employees, in manufacturing, paper, packaging, CNC, drilling machinery sectors

Salary range & benefits : $70K-$90K base / up to $130K OTE
