Tasks

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a stellar individual to support us with one of our newest and most promising technology start-ups. This will be for a new vertical within a very successful HR tech business.
In this role you will:

• Validate New Verticals: Conduct market analysis to identify and evaluate emerging opportunities. You'll co-decide which business verticals we should launch in and hel define our go-to-market approach.
• Drive Sales & Growth: Own key business development initiatives. You’ll generate leads, close deals, and build strategic partnerships that accelerate our revenue and brand presence.
• Take Full Ownership: From ideation to execution, you’ll iterate on strategies and be fully accountable for delivering results. You’ll have the freedom to test new ideas, learn from them, and refine approaches.
• Expand Your Network: Build and leverage relationships with top brands, entrepreneurs, and investors. Access a vibrant ecosystem that will help you bring big opportunities to life.

Requirements

• Professional or entrepreneurial experience in challenging & high-paced environment preferred (start-up, VC, consulting)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a good university and 2+ years of work experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
• The right mindset of positivity, curiosity, can-do-attitude and embracing challenges
• An affinity for technology and consumer trends
• Fluency in English. German optional
