Job Title: Sales Leader (f/m/d) - Nalco Water Light – Region East – South (Germany), Brandenburg

This position offers a strategic leadership opportunity within Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, to manage the largest region in Germany (East-South). The role involves leading a sales team, managing budgets, and developing long-term client relationships, with a focus on water conservation and sustainability solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the sales budget and achieve growth targets through innovative and digitally enabled solutions.
  2. Guide and support the Field Sales Team, including coaching and professional development.
  3. Report to the Sales Executive Central/CEE, develop action plans, and set sales targets aligned with company strategies.
  4. Oversee total value delivery, pricing, and order follow-up, with P&L responsibilities.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients in the region.
  6. Manage technical support teams to address product-related inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the industrial sector.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical engineering, water treatment, chemistry, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of leadership and managerial experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Based in Germany, with fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in value selling management in a B2B and matrix organization.
