Job Description:

As Regional Sales Manager - Southern Europe (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our dealer network in a defined area and responsible for developing Crown’s presence together with this network.

Your responsibilities include

  • Developing and monitoring a dealer network within a specific territory
  • Achieving dealer targets and expanding Crown’s market share
  • Ensuring dealers' product and portfolio knowledge is current
  • Supporting dealers during customer visits and playing a key role in customer care
  • Collaborating closely with Key Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and support market expansion
  • Following Crown's marketing strategy and maintaining customer journey standards
  • Presenting results to management and identifying growth potentials

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A technical or commercial degree with relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service orientation and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Enjoyment in building long-term relationships with customers and dealers
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work internationally
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or German is a plus
