Job Description:

We are looking for an innovative and driven Digital Commerce Consultant to join our Procurement Business Outsourcing team in Hamburg. This role is pivotal in promoting and implementing a cutting-edge tailspend/marketplace solution focused on indirect procurement. The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales/marketing expertise, with significant experience in marketplace and digital commerce solutions, and a profound professional services mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead the roll-out and adoption of our marketplace solution across the organization, ensuring seamless integration with existing procurement systems.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize the marketplace platform to meet business needs and enhance user experience.
3. Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights that support decision-making and marketplace optimization.
4. Develop and execute training and change management programs to ensure stakeholder buy-in and effective use of the platform.
5. Lead digital transformation initiatives within the procurement domain, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
