About The Role
In this role, you will work with Mid-Large Enterprise Customers to help them build great products. At KREATIZE, we help our customers build mechanical components by turning, milling, laser-cutting, injection-molding and 3D printing. You will also work closely with our customers’ design teams to help them attain world-class parts (Metal, Plastic, etc.) by using KREATIZE’s Manufacturing Cloud. You will be responsible for customers within the automotive/series production area.
Your tasks
- Understand customer requirements, schedules and product manufacturability.
- Consult our customers on manufacturing design to enable high quality and low-cost manufacturing processes (e.g., push for flexibility in tolerances, materials, color variations and cosmetic parameters).
- Manage ramp-up of part production for prototype or series production projects.
- Lead project management and coordinate internal teams to deliver projects on-time and with quality.
- Monitor ongoing series production while constantly optimizing for further cost and efficiency improvements.
- Consult on supplier selection and production quality.
- Participate in customer meetings for decision making from operative to executive level.
- You will be part of the Customer Success Management Team and work closely with our Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Product Teams to turn processes and product innovation into new software solutions for customers and suppliers.
Requirements
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience in production planning, manufacturing and project management. Additional experience in quality management, supply chain management, logistics processes and process engineering skills are a plus.
- You have experience with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Tier 1 production planning and product ramp up, ideally in series part production projects.
- You have a deep understanding of manufacturing and production processes of mechanical parts.
- You are familiar with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and know how to apply them in production processes.
- You have experience in project setup and management with a cross-functional team including the customer side.
- You pay attention to detail while keeping an eye on milestones and results to deliver results according to project timelines.
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills and assertiveness to present your topics internally and in customer meetings.
- Fluent in German and English in spoken and written required (C1-Level).
