Now, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to close high-value deals, expand our presence in the DACH market, and strengthen relationships with media agencies, direct advertisers, and performance-driven brands.   • Develop & Execute – Lead a winning sales strategy to expand our DACH presence.
  • Close High-Value Deals – Sell to media agencies, performance advertisers, brands, and product owners.
  • Own the Pipeline – Manage a strong portfolio of leads from prospecting to close.
  • Educate & Influence – Position MGID as an essential part of modern advertising strategies.
  • Drive Growth – Accurately forecast revenue and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate for Success – Work with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to exceed targets.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital media sales in the DACH market.
  • Expert in AdTech & Performance Marketing – Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and industry trends.
  • Well-connected – Established network with media agencies and direct advertisers in DACH.
  • Data-driven & strategic – You don’t just sell; you analyze, optimize, and scale.

Fluent in German & English – Confident in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals in both languages.
