Location: Langenfeld (longer onsite assignment in the US)
  1. Fly high: Collaborate closely with senior management in the US and the headquarters in Langenfeld on operational and strategic business initiatives across the US market.
  2. M&A Mindset: Contribute to M&A initiatives and post-merger integration efforts, helping to align team structures and processes, conduct efficiency analyses, and set business priorities.
  3. Be up-to-date: Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
  4. Make it happen: Drive business development activities with a strong focus on the US market, building partnerships and identifying expansion potential.
  5. Sharing is caring: Facilitate the transfer of innovative products and services from headquarters into the US market.
  6. Show off: Prepare business cases, presentations, and reports for key stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in Business Development, ideally with exposure to international M&A projects and post-merger integration.
  • Strategic thinker with a self-driven, structured approach, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • Prior educational or professional experience with the US market or a strong understanding of its business culture and regulatory landscape is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (C1); German language skills are a plus.
