Become part of our team as Export Control Compliance Manager

With responsibility for compliance with global export control regulations and policies.

Also, you will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the requirements for the Global Standards and Procedures within your area of responsibility.

You will be in charge of consulting on all Export Control related questions in Germany.

You will support internal & external audits and play an active role in monitoring changes in national export control laws.

Use your knowledge for export control classification based on US, EU, and national law (dual use and military) and license determination and application.

Finally, you will continuously monitor business activities, with a special focus on circumvention, and review and approve business models or individual transactions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Completed university degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable subject.
• Experience and Knowledge: Proven knowledge of export controls and professional experience in foreign trade; familiarity with ERP systems and strong IT proficiency (Office, SAP, etc.).
• Personality and Working Practice: Confident and dependable team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong compliance mindset; intercultural experience; structured, quality-driven, results-oriented; strong analytical skills.
• Work Routine: Flexible and mobile work environment; typically 23 days per week on-site.
• Languages: Business fluent in written and spoken English and German.
• Salary: The gross annual salary for this position is at least 117,000 EUR for a 40-hour week, contingent on experience and company policy.
