Mechanical Equipment
You will be responsible for managing and supervising projects in the field of insulation or preservation, with a particular focus on quality, deadlines, and budgets:
- Coordinating all parties involved in the project (internal and external), including customers, partner companies, and shipyards
- Ensuring that the project runs smoothly
- Initiating and implementing solutions to challenges
- Evaluating the scope of work and estimating costs
- Complying with occupational safety regulations
- Supporting and instructing apprentices and interns
- Conducting quality inspections and acceptances in accordance with class regulations
Qualifications
- Technician or master craftsman with several years of professional experience, ideally in the maritime industry
- Strong hands-on mentality and a good understanding of the big picture
- Confident manner in an international environment and good English skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills – you hold the threads together
- Resilience and flexibility in dynamic project phases
- IT affinity for the efficient use of digital tools and systems
- Frosio certification is an advantage
