Job Description:

• As part of our legal department, you will draft, review, analyze, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including cloud and on-premise subscriptions, licenses, professional services, and data processing agreements.
• Develop and maintain commercial contract templates.
• Support the procurement organization as needed.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements such as the implementation and use of contract management tools.
• Interact with stakeholders within the organization, including sales, finance, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Law, Law (second state exam is not required), or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience including drafting and negotiation experience.
• Initial knowledge in software/technology, data protection regulation, or information security would be a plus.
• Willingness to take ownership and play a proactive role in an enterprise sales environment.
• Strong commercial understanding and first experience in IT law are advantageous.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
